NUFORCE TRADEMARK USAGE AND PERMISSIONS GUIDELINES

Please review the following trademark usage and permissions guidelines if you are NuForce licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, and other parties who wish to use NuForce trademarks in promotional, advertising, instructional, or referenced materials or on websites, products, labels, or packaging.

  • The materials displayed on this website and other materials, including all design, text, editorial materials, informational text, photographs, illustrations, names, logos, trademarks and service marks are the property of NuForce or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Use of NuForce trademarks is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by NuForce.
  • Use of NuForce trademarks for commercial purpose without the prior written permission may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws.
  • Use the correct spelling, the proper trademark symbol(s) (® or TM) and an attribution statement when using any NuForce trademarks in any published materials.
    • EXAMPLE] The NuForce logos and trademarks are either registered trademarks or trademarks of NuForce, Inc.
    • EXAMPLE] NuForce® UF-30TM headphones
  • Always use NuForce trademarks as adjectives followed by generic terms, and never as nouns or verbs. Do not use trademarks as plurals or in possessive form.
    • CORRECT: NuForce® UF-30TM headphones are amazing.
    • INCORRECT: NuForce UF-30s are amazing.
    • INCORRECT: NuForce UF-30’s are amazing.
  • Do not use NuForce trademarks or any other NuForce-owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon in a disparaging, defamatory, or libelous manner.
  • Do not produce, sell or offer to sell merchandise items (i.e., T-Shirts), containing NuForce, or any other NuForce trademarks, including symbols, or logos, unless you have obtained a written trademark license from NuForce.
  • Do not use or imitate a NuForce slogan or tagline.
