International order: Contact your local dealer/distributor. If you cannot, send us the order by email and we will try to contact your dealer. If there is none in your country, we will fill your order directly.

 

US order: Your local dealer can provide personal service and spare you the shipping charge we would have to apply if you purchase directly from us. If there is no dealer in your area, we encourage you to contact any dealer listed on our website.

Major credit cards, Paypal or wire transfer.

Order Process
  1. Email us with the following information:
    Name, phone number, billing & shipping address, preferred method of payment: check, PayPal, credit card or wire transfer.
  2. We will send you a pro-forma invoice that includes a shipping charge. (There will be a credit card or Paypal link if that's your payment method.) You can choose to pay at any time up to one day before shipping.
  3. Your order will be cancelled if you do not pay your pro-forma invoice. If you choose to pay by check or wire transfer, your payment will have to clear before we ship the product.
Audition

You may contact our USA Premier Dealer to arrange for a free audition or simply log a Help Desk ticket (assign the ticket to Audition department). You will be asked to provide your credit card information for identity verification.

Shipping

We use FedEx for most of our US and international shipping.

International Return Policy

International customers should check with their distributor/dealer about a return policy. You cannot return products to NuForce directly. We will assist you in resolving any support problems or sales disputes.

USA Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days to discuss your problem and/or return the product to us for a full refund. (See Terms and Conditions of Sales)

Warranty Transfer Policy

International distributors will provide warranty service once they determine whether our warranty can be transferred to their territory. NuForce will provide parts and labor for transferable warranty service for the entire warranty period. International customers can also send Nuforce products to you
